Welcome to Thriving in a Changing World (TCW)The world is changing fast—and so are expectations on business families. Thriving in a Changing World: Global Trends, Local Impact is a five-module mini-certification for advisors and family business members. Learn to read global signals, catalyze impact entrepreneurship, build high-trust people & culture systems (inclusion, belonging & performance), embed sustainability, and rethink profit as a force for good. Through a guided live-case project, you will apply the tools to a real enterprise and depart with a focused Strategic Action Brief. Modules at a Glance - Global Trends, Social Impact – Evaluate today’s complex landscape; align structures and advice to evolving stakeholder and next-gen expectations.

- People & Culture: Inclusion, Belonging & Performance – Build fair, trusted, and future-ready people systems across business, family, and ownership; improve decision quality, collaboration, and succession readiness.
- Planet (Sustainability & Continuity) – Compare impact-native models and legacy transformations; embed environmental value in core operations.
- Profit (Rethinking Value Creation) – Use the three O’s to integrate social impact into strategy and governance.
Audience: Advisors, owners, next-gen leaders, board members, and family office professionals. Program Objectives: - Analyze global trends systemically and translate them into enterprise strategy and operations.
- Foster impact entrepreneurship that creates social and economic value.
- Spot blind spots and structural barriers across business, family, and ownership; design fair, trusted people systems that improve performance.
- Learn about sustainability pathways for legacy firms and new ventures.

- Facilitate cross-generation discussions and co-create concrete next steps.
Program project: Live Family Business Case (capstone) - Apply program frameworks to your own enterprise (or a partner case) to produce a concise Strategic Action Brief with near-term priorities, KPIs, and governance touchpoints.
