Grant has spent more than two decades in finance, from 17 years of equity sales & trading with Goldman Sachs, London, to the last 6 years with Genus Capital Management, in Vancouver. His main focus at Genus, is family wealth management, helping clients consider the broader questions around wealth, family and relationships. He encourages dialogue, identifying values and understanding the vision or purpose of wealth. He is of support in guiding clients through difficult conversations, building a framework and using examples of what has worked for others. Grant values integrity, working without ego and teamwork, with his top VIA character strength being humour. Grant successfully obtained the Family Enterprise Advisor designation in 2018. He also has the CIM designation and a BA in Business from Kingston University, England. Outside of Genus, Grant serves on two non profit boards and is chief Dad joke teller at home.
