Best known in the Lower Mainland, as the owner of Jericho Counselling, she is aware of the real-life tensions that can arise in the lively world of family-owned and closely held businesses. Dawn’s background in Counselling and Psychology allows her to quickly understand the dynamics at play within different systems and to facilitate discussion and discovery of custom-built solutions for each individual member of the business and ownership group, as well as the family as a whole. Her willingness and commitment to actively engage in difficult conversations and topics, creates a safe atmosphere in which to confront issues which are often avoided in families who are in business together.
